What we do:

We continually strive to create cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns to clients of all shapes and sizes across the board of industries, and to do so we work with some incredibly skilled people. We test unique ideas across SEO and Paid campaigns, to make our clients look like rockstars.

Why we became a healthy workplace:

Working in the heart of Falmouth, a creative hub and close-knit community, naturally encourages us all to enjoy our surroundings and spend time with our fellow workmates. The work-life balance is important to us, which is why we urge everyone in the team to be healthy in and out of work and get active as much as possible. With a beach on the doorstep and a beautiful town to explore, there's plenty of watersports and outdoor jollies to be had.

Recent health and well being activities:

Universal health issues are noted weekly, during team meeting, to ensure that the team are always aware.


We have an online resource for all of our health needs, providing plenty of information across important concerns, along with next steps and internal support.


Lunchtime walking, running, swimming and kayaking clubs! Whatever activity you want to do, there's sure to be someone else in the team that will get involved too. We also enter several races and community events throughout the year.

Success Story:

Our Studio Manager, Lorraine, is an inspiration to us all. Not only does she create the online resources available to us in terms of workplace health, as well as researching important dates and events to keep us all informed on a weekly basis, but she has actively improved her lifestyle out of work.

Each day, we're updated on her latest quests to create natural and organic products, cook up new and healthy recipes, or try out challenging exercises or stretches to improve fitness and strength. Needless to say, several of us have been inspired by her actions and are in the process of making small improvements in our own lives!


Here's an example, some of us have hung up supermarket labelled honey and instead opted for high-quality, local honey with allergy-healing properties!
