Forms Plus

Forms Plus is a SME with offices based in Helston.

What we do:

Forms Plus is one of the UK's largest print management companies and has now been established for 35 years. Our helpful staff are fully trained and experienced and will help identify which are the best products for your business either over the phone or we will come and visit your business premises.

Why we became a healthy workplace:

Forms Plus has a strong ethos relating to staff care and support, we are always looking for new ways to motivate our staff and encourage teambuilding. It is important to us that all of our staff are happy and healthy, which is what makes the workplace health scheme a great fit for us.

Recent health and well being activities:

Over the past 12 months we have done the following;

Healthy lunch buffet, Free weekly fruit baskets, Healthy weight checks, Sunsafe information and UV scanner, Cornwall beach games, Encouraging staff to take part in local exercise classes, Macmillan coffee morning, NHS health checks &Information on Healthy weight including resources from the library (such as fat chunks).

The Healthy Workplace has been a success for Forms Plus. I am proud of the staff for how they have embraced these changes. Small changes can make a massive difference to people’s health and wellbeing and I am glad we can support the staff with these changes. The important thing in the next twelve months is to keep this going with new ideas to keep people engaged. We need to continue to do small things often. This programme is not known about and should be better advertised to SME businesses.
