Award goes hand in hand with our internal health initiative, supporting all areas of health and well being in the workplace.

 

Recent health and well being activities

Pilates, laughter yoga, flu jabs, health checks, Race for Life, swimathon, Quorn cooking demonstrations, subsidised healthy canteen, table tennis installed onsite, Stoptober, family funday, CO2 awareness and carbon monoxide monitor giveaway, Movember, massage chair, Take a Hike pedometer challenge, Free fruit day every week, “First Assist” and “Best Doctor” available to all employees, free online weight watchers, family cycle ride.

I think that the Health ahead Scheme is working very well within the office, it encourages employees to look after themselves on a day to day basis.
