I had a very stressful time in my personal life the day before and I had to come into work feeling very unlike myself I was unable to concentrate etc the massages really helped straighten me out and I felt like I could cope with the day."

"Our role as collections agents can be very repetitive and stressful due to being target orientated. It is nice to see that the company recognise the importance of wellbeing of the staff and to give us the opportunity to do try activities that can be so beneficial.
