We recognise the importance of offering opportunities for employees to make healthy choices in the workplace.

Recent Health & Wellbeing activities on offer:

Flu jabs, free private medical cover, free eye tests, sun safe sessions; healthy options in canteen, healthy boxes, free fruit day (weekly), free weight watchers online for all; yoga/football/beach olympics/badminton; smoking cessation sessions; stress elearning course; mental health stand, onsite masseur visits

Plans/ Aims for next year:

Continue with all the above and add Swiss ball challenge, 50% subsidy on gyms/clubs, back pain prevention workshops.

Yes – silver in 2010 and gold in 2011
