Pall Industrial Manufacturing requires the highest possible level of attendance from its employees, to ensure that the necessary resource and performance needs of the Company’s business are consistently available and achieved.

To do that, it is important we look after our employees through employee engagement programs, promoting a culture of positive attendance management, Health safety initiatives and proactive relationships with Occupational Health in supporting employee’s health and wellbeing.
