Recent Health & Wellbeing activities on offer:

Staff engagement through; Survey, Rebranding well being group to create Ownership ‘ Your Health & Wellbeing group’, Stress Awareness sessions for staff,Management team Feedback including 360’ feedback.

Exercise & Fitness through; Pilates, Netball Team, Stair Aware, Blue Gym, Local leisure centre gym discount, lunch time walks, national pedometer challenge, stretching and desk fitness, cycle to work scheme. 

Awareness; Lifeguard visit including Beach & SunSafety, Nutrition Day, British Heart Foundation, Masterchef challenge, Alcohol Awareness, Careers week, Men’s Health, Give Blood, Fire Brigade, Quorn.

Achievements/Results:

  • The only office in the UK South to reduce sickness absence month on month all year
  • Early detections / doctors referrals
  • Happier staff

  • Better food in the canteen

The beach games were amazing the weather was horrendous, but the day was brilliant - it was a great way of getting to know colleagues from other departments, and what better way than over a game of footie!
