National Charity Partnership launches challenge to help people kick-start healthier habits

The Tesco, Diabetes UK and BHF national charity partnership has revamped and relaunched its online Goal Setter tool to give people extra support to change their lifestyle.

Now named the ‘Let’s Do This 8 Week Challenge’, it lets users set and track their own health related goals over the 8 week period. The goals focus on everyday changes that will encourage a lasting lifestyle change, these include goals such as eating smaller portion sizes, consuming healthier drinks or being more physically active.

The challenge can be accessed from all devices and contains a bank of healthy recipes, fitness tips and health inspiration to keep people motivated.
