It can be seen that it is not only important to be good role models for those we care for but also it is important our team are healthy and happy. We are delighted to be the only childcare providers in the UK that hold the Gold Investors in People accreditation and to now also have a Healthy Workplace Award!

Low Back Pain

LBP appears in all age groups, however is most prevalent in working age, followed by retired and then the under20s. A Large portion of LBP cases will have pain for over 12 months and be out of work for over 6 months. This has a huge strain on employer, Governemnt and NHS costs  

Well Being Boost

A study of FTSE-100 companies conducted by Business in the Community (BITC) and Ipsos Mori, found that firms that actively promoted staff well-being and workplace health policies recorded a 10 per cent boost in their financial performance.
